Julio is a civil structural engineer with extensive experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction markets.He has taken Engineering, Construction and Project Management and successfully completed infrastructure, mining, nuclear and defense projects along his 30 plus years in the industry. Julio’s passion is an advocate of project integration by good communication and utilization of existing technology.

Carla is a driven business major with a wealth of entrepreneurial experience. Her passion for starting and managing businesses started at a young age, and she has since embarked on several successful ventures. At just 21 years old, Carla, along with her two sisters, opened a small café in Arequipa, Peru. After two years in the food industry, they expanded their business and opened a bakery named “Don Max,” which continues to thrive to this day.
Carla took a break from her entrepreneurial endeavors to focus on raising her daughter, Daniela. However, in 2018, she made her return to the business world and is currently managing her real estate company in the state of Florida.
With her extensive experience in entrepreneurship and her keen business acumen, Carla Velasquez brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role as General Manager. Her dedication to excellence, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, make her the ideal leader to drive success for any business venture.
